I had a wonderful experience at this hotel overall. The comfortable ambiance and beautiful decor truly made my stay special. However, I was disappointed with the service during peak hours, which seemed a bit slow. The location was fantastic as it was easy to get to local attractions. While I enjoyed the unique touches and charm of the hotel, the facilities could use some maintenance.
